Surrounded by contemporary design, and with the goal of preserving the original classic Los Angeles architecture with an updated contemporary twist. Since the renovation, the outcome of the design now presents itself as a unified series of residences instead of individualized residences. This sense of similarity between each of the buildings - where they each are unique but work in tandem - not only looks aesthetically united, but creates a sense of community in a large neighborhood. Beverly Boulevard maintains a chic lifestyle, and this redesign modernizes the residences appearance through clean monochromatic tones, while preserving elements of the original design like the striking archway at the entrance of the building.
