An interior and exterior design renovation and rehabilitation of a 18,252 square foot, 22 unit Multi-Family Residence. Located in West Hollywood, this renovation set out to transform an apartment complex of dated living spaces. The original residences featured narrow hallways, tight living quarters, and an overuse of walls, thus creating dark spaces that lacked natural light. From the street side, the clean and orderly presentation catches your attention and draws your eye from the wood formed concrete to the warm wood paneled awnings and detail along the south side of the building. Upon entering the residence, several marquina marble steps lead to the sharp black and chrome framed entrance. The new design features a bright and open atmosphere in every residence alongside an abundance of natural light flooding each living space through its large framed windows.With custom built outs, spacious Chef’s Kitchens, and functional living spaces designed for any lifestyle, residents are guaranteed to have a place they can come back to relax in.
