This 8 unit Multi-Family residence required a complete design renovation as located just off of Santa Monica Boulevard, the residences were not representative of the lively surrounding city. This called for a chic update to match the modern lifestyle in the Hollywood neighborhood. A bright orange pop of color brings out the depth in the facade while not affecting the interior’s clean appearance. Newly configured spaces feature neutral paint hues, as intentionally opened spaces welcome in light from both the East and West. Thus, natural light floods in at each time of day, allowing ample light to open spaces without the help from the typical white walls. Further, the use of natural light as an element of each residence enhances the element of comfort and warmth needed in such a large community.
